  • Single point of contact in designated region
  • Problem analysis by a Intellys technical support specialist
  • Escalation to Intellys global technical support if required
  • Simulation in Intellys simulation lab if required
  • Escalation to Manufacturers’ technical support if required
  • Dispatch of a Intellys field engineer if required (if product is covered by a Maintenance contract or Time & Material Purchase Order).


Customer Responsibility:

  • Provide script of preferred call handling methods
  • Provide availability of 3rd level technical support
  • Provide equipment for Simulation Lab
